IMH Sports Medicine provides Athletic Training services to area schools. Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC's) are healthcare professionals trained in the prevention, recognition, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic related injuries. Our staff is committed to providing high quality care to athletes at all levels of play.

Free injury evaluation screens are available to any area athlete at the IMH Rehab Services building by appointment only. We will provide information on injury care and let you know if referral to another healthcare professional is needed. For an appointment call 815-432-2051.
We provide educational sessions for community groups on a variety of topics including fitness, injury prevention, injury care, concussion management, sport enhancement, and general wellness. If your group or organization is interested in having an Athletic Trainer provide an educational session, please call 815-432-7782.

Every spring IMH provides low-cost sport physicals at area schools. Sport physicals are good for 365 days and must be current for participation in sports. Click here for the Sports Physical Form.
